Brett Hays is the President of Shatterglass Studios, an Executive Producer for Essence Films, an Internationally Accredited Wellness Consultant for Nikken, inc, and an Area Director for BNI Springfield.

Brett graduated in 2004 from the University of Illinois with a degree in Graphic Design, and a minor in Information Technology. Currently, Brett lives in Springfield Illinois with his wife Sheri and daughter Isabella. As a movie producer, he sees film as being one of those mediums to reach people on a global basis and impact and inspire them to make positive changes in their lives. He wants to take films in a different direction; in a direction that fulfills people rather than just entertain them.
