Brett Hays produces integrated media for Shatterglass Studios. He produced the short film Prelude with Luke Boyce through their company Essence Films as well as the planned feature film spin-off. Brett had previously produced the short film Sugar in 2007 with Alex Beh and is also a producer on Alex's feature film that is currently in pre-production called, Warren. Brett was the Unit Production Manager & Co-Producer of the recently filmed dance-musical Leading Ladies. Brett is also the producer of an interactive film series that teaches diversity and leadership to students in schools called, Lead 4 Life. He also is a part owner and webmaster for the seasoning company, Riley’s Seasonings.

Brett graduated in 2004 from the University of Illinois with a degree in Graphic Design, and a minor in Information Technology. Currently, Brett lives in Springfield Illinois with his wife Sheri and daughter Isabella.
